• Identify and address skill gaps through coaching, training, and staffing recommendations, fostering professional development and growth of team members.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Architects to support Agile development and architectural alignment, providing technical input into backlog refinement and roadmap planning.
