Responsibilities

• Define the quality strategy and practices for RTA's products across all delivery teams.
• Champion shift-left practices including testable design reviews, definition-of-ready/done, fast CI feedback, and risk-based testing.
• Build and evolve automation and AI tooling for testing lifecycle, including integrating AI agents responsibly.
• Coach and uplevel engineers and QA analysts on quality practices, test design, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to integrate quality into planning from the outset.
