Responsibilities

• Identify and drive transformative initiatives like replatforming model training and serving, and redefining how data science ships to production
• Build and ship complex initiatives from design through production, including distributed model training, model lifecycle management, and pipeline health
• Own the technical vision and quality bar across the product portfolio and ML platform, defining best practices and design reviews
• Drive engineering initiatives that span multiple teams, maintaining technical relationships with messaging, analytics, and data platform groups
• Connect technical decisions to business outcomes, representing the team's technical perspective to product and engineering leadership
