Responsibilities

• Architect GitLab's AI-native learning ecosystem, including adaptive learning paths, coaching agents, bots, and automated content workflows.
• Lead GitLab's company-wide AI fluency and enablement strategy in partnership with the Enterprise AI team.
• Own the multi-year learning platform strategy and roadmap, including evaluations, migrations, and integrations.
• Partner with People Technology and People Analytics to translate learner needs into architecture briefs and build measurement infrastructure.
• Manage global compliance training, vendor relationships, budgets, and investment cases.
