• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify strategic challenges and use data to unlock new growth levers.
• Synthesize complex data insights to explain user behavior and drive intelligent, customer-centric decisioning.
• Serve as the technical lead for Lifecycle, aligning cross-functional teams and strategic decisions.
• Evolve workflow automation and self-serve capabilities through POCs and mentoring team members.
