• Define and evolve reference CI architectures for GitHub Actions across Product Engineering.
• Partner with teams to redesign slow or fragile pipelines, leading time-boxed engagements to reduce pipeline times and rerun rates.
• Improve the CI developer experience by building tooling, abstractions, and templates so best practices are default.
• Drive application-layer performance optimization, including compilation strategies, dependency management, and test architecture.
• Establish observability-to-action loops by translating CI metrics into actionable architectural changes.
