Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of your development toolchain to contribute new features, improvements, and bug fixes across the team's codebases.
• Participate in the complete lifecycle of a feature: contribute to planning, do the development, and help oversee its release and customer support.
• Ensure code is high quality and maintainable by developing new testing strategies, writing unit and integration tests, and documenting your work.
• Participate in and review documented proposals (RFCs/RFDs), promote best practices in code reviews, and provide thoughtful peer feedback.
• Empower the customer support team to better support products and address tough issues driving support inflows.
