Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day operations for core business systems including Salesforce, Atlassian, Zendesk, and Microsoft 365.
• Architect and build the internal automation platform using IaC and DevOps practices, including Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Own the strategy and governance for enterprise AI and productivity tools, ensuring deployment aligns with the company's AI governance framework.
• Oversee end-user technology, IT operations, and identity/access management to ensure consistency and security.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of business systems, platform, tooling, and IT operations specialists.
