Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global IT roadmap, leading digital transformation initiatives to drive operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and management of enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and end-user computing.
• Establish and enforce a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, ensuring compliance with industry standards and proactive protection against evolving threats.
• Own the lifecycle of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, PLM), including roadmap, upgrades, and integrations, partnering with other departments for optimization.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence.
