Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and optimization for the core enterprise tech stack and 400+ applications, driving down debt and managing costs.
• Staff, activate, and lead the internal AI Transformation team to embed AI and low-code/no-code capabilities across business workflows safely.
• Partner with Finance and external auditors to ensure transaction integrity and support SOC and financial audit readiness.
• Lead a high-performance, multi-disciplinary, 175-person blended workforce and complete planned organizational evolutions.
• Partner closely with business functions like Sales, Marketing, CX, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product to streamline governance and improve processes.
