Responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year technology roadmap and architecture strategy in alignment with business goals
- Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing distributed engineering organization across the US and India
- Evolve the technology stack to support scalability, security, and reliability while driving engineering best practices
- Partner with Executive Leadership, Product, and Sales on business strategy, roadmap prioritization, and customer needs
- Oversee the engineering budget, SaaS platform margin, headcount planning, security compliance, and vendor contracts
