Responsibilities
- Command the Platform and Delivery organizations as distinct operating units, serving as the single point of accountability for their output.
- Own the Kaizen 2.0 architecture, sequencing the build of core modules and ensuring the foundation compounds.
- Lead the Blacksmith initiative, an internal AI configuration harness for transforming agency requirements into runnable repositories.
- Define and enforce the Platform–Delivery interface, including module readiness maps, API contracts, and Blacksmith handoff protocols.
- Drive federal technical strategy, covering FedRAMP posture, DoD IL4/IL5 readiness, and procurement-aware architecture decisions.
