Responsibilities

• Own security due diligence for prospective M&A transactions, assessing security posture, architecture, and compliance exposure
• Define and enforce Day-1 security posture, including connectivity, identity, and access decisions for acquired businesses
• Lead acquired products and teams through a structured integration onto Legora's security baseline
• Own the security chapter of Legora's integration playbook and partner with Post-Merger Integration teams
• Manage compliance scope as acquired systems enter SOC 2, ISO, and customer-audit boundaries
