Senior Backend Engineer

Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Lead major architecture and software design decisions for the backend.
• Develop and maintain Ruby/Rails APIs, background jobs (Sidekiq), and database schemas.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployments (GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes/ECS), ensuring automation, reliability, and speed.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and front-end developers to rapidly push new features.
• Write clear documentation, ensure test coverage, and enforce code style guidelines and best practices.
