Senior Product Manager - IT Go-to-Market AI

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Go-to-Market technology platforms, translating business strategy into scalable product capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GTM products from discovery and requirements through delivery and continuous improvement, developing clear product requirements and success metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, Security, and IT teams to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and represent the voice of the user.
• Own and maintain the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing work based on business impact and technical feasibility in an Agile environment.
• Partner with enablement and change management teams to drive adoption of new GTM capabilities, communicate product changes, and monitor KPIs.
