Responsibilities
- Drive the execution and lifecycle of Twilio's core APIs, ensuring robust API governance, security, and high performance at the edge for millions of developers.
- Build friction-free onboarding workflows, interactive sandboxes, and headless tooling that allow developers to integrate, test, and deploy Twilio services instantly.
- Help shape how AI agents and LLMs interact with Twilio’s Edge Platform, executing features for autonomous API discovery, context understanding, user intent mapping, and safe complex workflow execution.
- Partner with Core Engineering and AI teams to design interfaces and protocols for seamless co-authoring, debugging, and management of applications by human developers and AI agents.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and downstream product teams to ensure a consistent, secure, and unified gateway experience across the Twilio platform.
