Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide technically complex programs with high impact and urgency.
• Define, streamline, design, and analyze data to build business requirements, then work with engineering teams to articulate requirements, perform functional & technical data & system analysis, and drive engineering to implementation.
• Develop new tools and processes to support the strategic direction of the organization and manage long-term goals.
• Identify systems needs and/or define processes to improve efficiency and enable reliability and scalability.
• Able to speak the language of engineers and lead initiatives involving non-functional requirements and platform-level changes.
