Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide technically complex programs with high impact and urgency.
• Define, streamline, design, and analyze data to build business requirements, then work with engineering teams through the SDLC.
• Develop new tools and processes to support the strategic direction of the organization and manage long-term goals.
• Identify systems needs and/or define processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Deep dive into data to identify gaps, prioritize effectively, and move with urgency in dynamic environments.
