Responsibilities

• Own reconciliation and accuracy checks for critical billing data across product platforms, payment providers, app stores, and in-house systems
• Design and run detective controls to catch billing errors before impacting financial books, making SOX review a standard, lightweight process
• Partner with billing engineering teams to automate checks and define data contracts between billing and finance systems
• Lead a working group of reconciliation and controls owners across billing engineering teams through influence
• Triage billing errors, prioritize backfills and fixes, and act as the Billing owner translating product and pricing roadmaps into financial impact and test strategy
