Responsibilities

• Build and own the medium-range multi-resource demand forecast for all resource classes (accelerators, CPU, storage, network, and managed services).
• Run the plan-vs-reality loop by comparing planned allocations against observed fleet occupancy weekly and resolving variance.
• Qualify incoming capacity tranches against the forecast before signatures to ensure correct resource specifications.
• Partner with Finance and cost-efficiency teams to translate forecasts into core drivers for non-accelerator spend and target future savings opportunities.
