• Lead collaboration with Business Development in technical discussions with external clients, builders, and institutional partners, translating complex architectural concepts into business objectives and ROI.
• Serve as the "Voice of the Builder" within Engineering, converting nuanced feedback and ambiguous business requirements into precise technical specifications and user stories.
• Co-own and drive the strategic platform roadmap with Engineering leadership, integrating external market demands and influencing future product development decisions for ecosystem growth.
• Continuously evaluate the platform's feature set against competing offerings and client requirements, identifying missing features and defining scalable, standardized solutions.
• Actively participate in architecture review sessions, engaging senior engineers on technical trade-offs, and transforming complex technical proposals into clear business cases with quantified impact.
