Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate the platform services including authentication, authorization, credential brokering, routing, sandboxing, and orchestration
• Design the interfaces other engineers build agents against and maintain developer experience pathways
• Build and scale the event-driven backbone to ensure idempotent ingestion across horizontally scaling services
• Own the deployment model across hosted offerings, customer VPCs, and multi-cloud environments
• Ensure strict tenant isolation to prevent cross-account access or quota overruns
