Responsibilities
- Design company-wide programs, role-specific playbooks, and hands-on workshops to drive AI adoption across Basis
- Stay at the frontier of AI capabilities by testing new models, building with them, and designing custom agent workflows
- Identify capabilities gaps across teams and design targeted educational interventions for both technical and non-technical staff
- Translate frontier techniques into secure, reliable, and repeatable enterprise-grade organizational systems
- Measure the behavioral changes, productivity gains, and agent adoption rates across the company
