Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business stakeholders to surface high-value problems and translate them into actionable AI opportunities.
• Design and build working AI prototypes rapidly using Claude, modern LLM orchestration, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Own technical architecture end-to-end, spanning prompt design, data pipelines, and lightweight frontend interfaces.
• Partner with the AI Governance team to apply responsible AI principles, including bias reviews and HIPAA compliance.
• Demonstrate software progress through live demos and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
