• Develop an ongoing data science roadmap and oversee all data & analytics projects to support critical decision-making.
• Lead groundbreaking data science, research, and analysis, surfacing valuable insights from complex datasets.
• Oversee Analytics and BI for marketing, ensuring strong insight and decision support for all channels, dashboards, and performance monitoring.
• Drive the development of accurate and sophisticated multi-touch attribution models for marketing and communications touchpoints.
• Partner with IT to optimize customer data organization and utilization, and own critical direct response models.
