Responsibilities
- Own the engine program lifecycle from initial architecture and development through flight and refurbishment
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning propulsion, mechanical, electrical, avionics, and software disciplines
- Define and manage schedule, budget, and qualification plans for the engine program
- Develop engine operational procedures and limits in coordination with vehicle, test, and launch teams
- Drive design-for-reuse decisions including inspection intervals, refurbishment procedures, and acceptance criteria
