• Develop and lead strategic programs supporting company-wide goals including go-to-market initiatives, new product launches, and M&A integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track and report on program progress, monitor milestones, manage budgets, and identify/mitigate risks.
• Coordinate multiple strategic initiatives, managing dependencies, scope, risk, and communications.
• Lead and mentor a team of program managers and project coordinators.
