Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of business systems analysts, setting clear goals, providing consistent feedback, and managing the full talent cycle.
- Design and own the onboarding experience for new BSAs, building and maintaining the team's domain enablement resources and institutional knowledge.
- Set and hold the quality bar for business analysis work, driving analytical craft and quality across the team through review and development.
- Ensure BSAs take consistent ownership of their defined domains across the sales and customer lifecycle, fostering a culture of problem identification and solution.
- Manage team capacity, intake processes, documentation practices, and the GTM systems vendor portfolio, reporting on team performance and systemic gaps.
