Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and turn it into a high impact product roadmap by going deep on user needs.
- Lead Alan's AI ambition in Growth by setting the agenda and shipping AI-native acquisition surfaces, conversational AI, and Alan inside LLM ecosystems.
- Build an experimentation engine to improve experimentation culture and velocity in conversion, focusing on A/B testing, statistical significance, and attribution.
- Give the Growth area a coherent vision by aligning Conversion and Growth Infrastructure roadmaps and concentrating team bets for modular conversion flows and self-served model scaling.
- Manage Product Managers in the Growth area, contributing to people topics, hiring, coaching, raising the bar on craft, and increasing talent density.
