Responsibilities
- Serve as an embedded data lead, understanding product strategy, goals, and users to identify high-impact opportunities and risks.
- Drive decision-making with data by prioritizing and delivering analyses that inform product decisions and change outcomes.
- Lead thoughtful experimentation, guiding the team on when and how to experiment to speed learning.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI (ML or GenAI) to improve product strategy and implementation.
- Work end-to-end to translate clinical, member, and claims data into actionable recommendations, designing data flows and building transformation pipelines.
