• Lead and improve build/release pipelines and GitOps workflows across the FedRAMP boundary.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management for DevOps engineers.
• Architect and operate Azure Government Cloud infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt.
• Manage AKS clusters with Istio, secure networking, WAF configurations, and Zero Trust models (PIM/RBAC).
• Maintain compliant CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and documentation aligned with FedRAMP controls.
