• Author and maintain internal documentation, templates, and modules for the team.
• Mentor engineers from mixed backgrounds, raising the technical bar through pairing, code reviews, and office hours.
• Lead complex DevOps engagements end-to-end, focusing on environments requiring strong technical judgment.
• Represent the DevOps practice in pre-sales, partnering with sales to scope work and build client confidence.
