Staff Systems Engineer, Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Own and operate core IT platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Cloudflare, DNS, and domain infrastructure.
• Design and maintain secure, scalable configurations across collaboration and communication systems, and manage DNS, domain lifecycle, and email authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC).
• Drive tooling rationalization and reduce SaaS sprawl through consolidation and deprecation.
• Build automation and infrastructure-as-code using APIs, Terraform, and workflow platforms.
• Partner with Identity and Security teams to enforce access controls and integrations, and serve as an escalation point for complex system issues.
