Responsibilities

• Map and audit People team processes to identify AI-ready opportunities and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Evaluate existing HR tech for underutilized AI capabilities before building new solutions.
• Design and deploy AI agents and automations, defining workflow logic, decision rules, and guardrails for sensitive HR contexts.
• Own end-to-end rollout, including requirements, testing, change management, adoption, and iteration.
• Serve as the People team’s strategic AI advisor, translating market possibilities into practical, impactful solutions.
