Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide AI transformation programs, defining roadmaps and operating models for adopting foundation models, agentic AI, and automation capabilities.
• Advise senior stakeholders on embedding AI across core business areas such as risk, compliance, trading, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to design and deliver scalable GenAI and agentic solutions, defining solution patterns and standards.
• Lead Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and pilots to demonstrate AI value and accelerate adoption.
• Shape and sell AI-led transformation programs, identifying opportunities and crafting compelling proposals while building executive client relationships.
