LMS Technical Administrator (Contract, Part Time)

Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Own technical configuration and system administration of the Cornerstone LMS platform, including security roles, permissions, and settings.
• Manage and troubleshoot integrations, HRIS inbound feeds, single sign-on (SSO), and third-party systems.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot standard and custom Cornerstone reports and dashboards.
• Resolve Tier 2 technical issues and manage LMS release cycles and documentation.
• Troubleshoot content-related technical issues like SCORM/AICC package errors in partnership with Instructional Designers.
