• Develop systems that drive customer acquisition, activation, referral, and retention.
• Launch and iterate on growth experiments rapidly to optimize onboarding funnels and conversion flows.
• Develop attribution systems and experimentation infrastructure, and build referral, promo, and rewards systems.
• Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance to improve lifecycle messaging and engagement experiences.
• Partner with marketing and operations teams on customer acquisition initiatives and support growth campaigns tied to real-world events.
