Responsibilities
- Develop systems that drive customer acquisition, activation, referral, and retention.
- Launch and iterate on growth experiments rapidly to optimize onboarding funnels and conversion flows.
- Develop attribution systems and experimentation infrastructure, and build referral, promo, and rewards systems.
- Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance to improve lifecycle messaging and engagement experiences.
- Partner with marketing and operations teams on customer acquisition initiatives and support growth campaigns tied to real-world events.
