Responsibilities

• Define how to leverage AI to optimize GTM motion and drive the GTM AI roadmap and execution.
• Design, launch, and scale programs, processes, and tools to improve SDR effectiveness, efficiency, and pipeline generation.
• Partner directly with Sales Development leaders to shape team strategy, prioritize initiatives, and execute against top objectives.
• Analyze SDR and GTM data to identify trends, uncover performance gaps, and inform decision-making.
• Build dashboards and reporting to deliver actionable insights and monitor the impact of deployed initiatives.
