Responsibilities

Partner proactively with Sales and Customer Success to qualify new business opportunities.
Identify and solve customer problems creatively through effective project management and consultation on technical setup.
Build proofs of concept and lead the demo process, including building, running, and training the team.
Contribute to the RFP/RFI process as the primary technical point person.
Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure.
