Responsibilities
- Create and evolve developer documentation for Plaid’s APIs, improving clarity, accuracy, and usability of existing content.
- Design and build sample applications, demos, and tutorial videos that demonstrate the benefits and best practices of integrating with Plaid’s APIs.
- Improve and maintain developer-facing resources, including the Postman collection and documentation website.
- Serve as the developer’s advocate, translating external developer needs into actionable product and documentation insights for internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver a best-in-class developer experience.
