Responsibilities

• Own Engine Infra metrics, telemetry logging, and validation for the RCC fleet and edge compute, establishing KPIs for game-server efficiency and player experience.
• Access and process raw RCC and engine telemetry, build analytics pipelines, and deliver clear operating views of the fleet via dashboards and decision systems.
• Lead channel tests, hardware A/Bs, and causal analyses for multiplexing, ARM64 bursting, regional capacity, and edge latency.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engine Infra, Game Engine, Networking, Matchmaking, and Infrastructure teams to debug complex production issues.
• Influence how Roblox runs live experiences on owned edge and cloud hardware to scale toward larger, denser servers.
