• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java/Spring and Python with a focus on reliability, performance, and integration across distributed applications.
• Design, build, and maintain observability integrations and custom monitoring solutions across enterprise platforms like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus/Grafana, and Splunk.
• Develop and support observability and infrastructure integration capabilities, including integrations with enterprise monitoring, telemetry, and ITSM platforms.
• Drive strong software quality, security, and engineering standards through test-driven approaches, comprehensive automated test coverage, and secure software development practices.
• Build and maintain containerized delivery and deployment pipelines using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD platforms.
