• Analyze data to understand key drivers of bookings, attach rate, revenue, profitability, occupancy, rebooking rate, and churn.
• Define new metrics and identify leading indicators of key business outcomes.
• Build dashboards to track key performance metrics across markets and customer segments to establish benchmarks.
