Responsibilities

• Surface insights from multiple data sources to support complex operational decision making, executing advanced analytics initiatives and interpreting findings.
• Define, build, and govern the semantic layer (e.g., dbt, Power BI tabular models) while driving versioning, automated testing, and documentation standards.
• Establish and steward the organization’s metric catalog (single source of truth) including metric definitions, owners, guardrails, and change‑management processes.
• Develop solutions that deliver critical data-driven insights and decision metrics proactively and at scale.
• Participate in and lead cross-functional teams and provide transformational thought leadership for analytics including advanced data modeling, predictive modeling, and analytical techniques.
