Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Azure, AWS, Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, identity, access, and service issues to provide senior escalation support.
• Automate repetitive infrastructure, access, and operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Terraform.
• Partner with Security, IAM, Audit, and People teams on access controls, compliance activities, and remediation work.
• Participate in systems/infrastructure on-call and escalation activities while maintaining runbooks and documentation.
