Responsibilities

• Scope and implement AI Agent deployments with a focus on SAP-backed systems and processes (e.g., SAP Service Cloud/CRM).
• Leverage knowledge of LLMs to analyze customer requirements and design precise prompts for reliable, user-aligned behavior, especially for SAP-sourced data.
• Build and configure integrations between customer systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, contact center, SAP CX/ERP) and Parloa’s platform via integration platforms and APIs.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex SAP-specific integration scenarios, including connectivity, authentication, and data-access patterns (OData, REST/SOAP, OAuth2).
• Apply structured testing approaches to validate AI agent behavior, quality, and performance under real-world SAP conditions, covering integration-dependent paths and transactional correctness.
