Responsibilities

• Innovate in the area of flexible schema databases and help build a world-class query optimization system.
• Research state-of-the art query systems to inform design and leverage deep knowledge of product strengths and weaknesses to provide technical vision.
• Set initiative level strategy, architect plans, and lead the team towards successful execution.
• Identify, design, implement, test, and support new features related to query performance, robustness, and language enhancements.
• Work with other engineers and teams (client drivers, cloud services, enterprise tools) to coordinate seamless changes and contribute to projects.
