Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment and system configurations.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for CAD applications (NX, SolidWorks) to design and engineering teams.
• Manage and triage the incoming IT helpdesk queue within Jira Service Desk under defined SLAs.
• Onboard new hires by configuring CAD-capable workstations, user accounts, and software permissions.
• Create and maintain user-facing documentation and internal IT knowledge base articles.
