Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of ML systems and data products that directly impact company-wide growth and operational strategy.
Translate ambiguous business questions into concrete technical roadmaps that deliver clear, actionable results.
Lead the end-to-end deployment of ML products, ensuring they are robust, maintainable, and integrated into production infrastructure.
Partner across Engineering, Product, and Finance to ensure technical strategy solves business problems and moves core metrics.
Establish standards for model development, leading design docs and peer reviews for reproducibility and seamless integration with Data and Analytics Engineering.
