Responsibilities

• Lead developer engagement strategies and content creation for financial solutions, tokenization platforms, and payment applications on XRPL
• Organize and lead developer events, workshops, hackathons, and speak at conferences to showcase XRPL capabilities
• Provide hands-on technical support, review developer samples, and accelerate integration for financial companies and startups
• Serve as a technical liaison to collect and synthesize developer feedback to inform internal product and engineering roadmaps
• Support technical evaluation for ecosystem growth programs, grants, and accelerator initiatives
